This hands-on workshop exposes teachers to various technologies, including Web 2.0 tools that focus on Collaboration, Formative and Summative Assessment and Feedback strategies that can be easily incorporated into the LOTE classroom.

About the Presenter Natalie Morrissey is an ICT Education Specialist and a former school teacher/ICT Coordinator. In her current role Natalie works with schools and teachers Australia wide on the integration of ICT into all areas of the curriculum by ensuring that schools are effectively incorporating this into their planning and teaching. She has presented at numerous conferences Australia wide and works closely with Microsoft Partners in Learning Australia and the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Natalie believes that it is essential for teachers to incorporate technology into their teaching as this is fundamental to student learning in the 21st century. She believes that teachers need to provide students with contemporary learning environments that foster rich experiences and enable the best learning for every student.
