A Primary Behaviour Management – Primarily Awesome Behaviour Diffusing Power Struggles

Student behaviour in primary school has changed.

Many Primary schools are noticing students suffering from After Covid Involvement Disorders  (ACID) that make teaching harder and students more difficult to engage. ACID brings with it more Anxiety, Confidence, Isolation and Disengagement issues than we have ever had which make the present behaviour management system struggle.

This workshop details the major societal shifts that we need to handle, sets out a clear change agenda for helping, teachers and parents deal with these new realities.

Join us for a transformative professional learning experience designed to empower teachers and school leaders in creating teaching and learning processes that will support engaging teaching practices, improve behaviour management, and empower mentally wealth.

  • Effective Behaviour Management: Discover proactive approaches to manage and support positive student behaviour, reducing disruptions and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborative Team Approaches: Engage your entire team in building a culture of care, resilience, and inclusion.
  • Key insights into dealing with complex students: Simple but profound knowledge that transforms your approach.( “You can’t correct if you don’t connect”)
  • Social and Emotional Learning tools: Implementable  strategies that promote emotional intelligence and healthy peer relationships,
  • Whole-School Mental Health Strategies: Learn to embed mental health practices into the fabric of your school community.

Whether delivered online or face-to-face, this program will equip your team with the tools to create a supportive, thriving school environment where both students and staff can flourish.
