AI Skills for Busy School Admin Teams – Practical tools you can use from Day One 20-03-2026

Who Is This For?

School administration and support staff who are:

  • Curious about AI but not sure where to start
  • Time-poor and need solutions that actually save time
  • Wanting to work smarter, not harder
  • Looking for practical skills, not technical lectures

Ideal participants: Front office staff, enrolment coordinators, finance administrators, executive assistants, HR support, records managers, and anyone who juggles emails, documents, and data.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By 3pm, you’ll have:

âś“ Confidence – Know what AI can (and can’t) do for your role
✓ Practical skills – Draft emails, summarise documents, and tackle spreadsheets faster
âś“ Safety awareness – Understand what’s okay to share with AI tools and what’s not
✓ Your own action plan – 3-5 quick wins you can implement in your first week back

No prior tech experience needed. If you can use email and Word, you can do this.

About Real Minds AI

Real Minds AI is an Australian-owned consultancy specialising in practical AI adoption for organisations navigating operational complexity. Founded by Tracy Anthony and Dr Dennis Wollersheim, we combine 30+ years of enterprise transformation experience with rigorous research methodology.

Our Philosophy: Wisdom, Amplified

We believe AI works best when it amplifies human expertise—not replaces it. Our approach cuts through the hype to focus on what actually works: practical tools, clear guidance, and results you can measure in time saved and stress reduced.

What We Do

  • AI Training & Capability Building – Helping teams confidently adopt AI tools for everyday work
  • Complexity Transformation – Streamlining operations in complex regulatory and operational environments
  • Discovery Sprints – Rapid assessments that identify where AI can deliver genuine value

Our Track Record

We’ve delivered transformation projects across diverse sectors including healthcare, government, utilities, construction, and not-for-profits. Our work spans enterprise payroll systems, regulatory compliance frameworks, workforce management, and operational integration—always focused on practical outcomes, not theoretical possibilities.

Why Schools Trust Us

We understand that school administration teams don’t have time for fluff. Our training is built around real tasks, immediate application, and the specific challenges of working in education—including privacy, compliance, and the reality of doing more with less.

We look forward to helping school admin teams across Australia work smarter with AI.

Tracy Anthony

Co-Founder, Real Minds AI

Tracy Anthony has spent 30+ years helping organisations navigate complex operational challenges—from enterprise payroll systems to regulatory compliance frameworks. She’s deployed solutions across wind farms, utilities, IT systems, and workforce management, always at the cutting edge of emerging technology.

What makes Tracy different? She translates technical complexity into plain English. No jargon. No hype. Just practical skills you can use on Monday morning.

Tracy understands that school admin teams are already stretched thin. Her sessions focus on quick wins—tools and techniques that save time immediately, not “nice to know” theory that gathers dust.

Dennis holds a PhD in Computer Science and has published 53 peer-reviewed research papers. He served as Principal Analyst for Victoria’s COVID-19 response, translating complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers under pressure.

Dennis brings research rigour to practical application. He’ll help you understand how AI actually works (in terms that make sense), so you can make confident decisions about when to use it—and when not to.

Together, Tracy and Dennis combine operational know-how with technical depth: decades of real-world wisdom, amplified by AI.
