Blueprint to Brilliant: A Practical Framework for High-Potential Education
Turn intention into impact. This practical, evidence-based online workshop shows leaders and teachers how to design an inclusive, schoolwide program for high-ability and gifted learners—one that strengthens academic stretch and social-emotional wellbeing. We translate research into action: universal screening and multi-criteria identification; curriculum compacting and enrichment; flexible grouping and acceleration; progress monitoring and family communication—aligned to your school’s vision and the Victorian Curriculum 2.0.
Through interactive activities and case studies set in Australian contexts, you’ll map identification pathways, design a tiered service menu, and plan how to track impact. You’ll leave with a one-page program blueprint and a 90-day implementation roadmap to launch or refresh a sustainable High Achievers/Gifted Learners program.
Who it’s for: School principals, curriculum leaders, High Ability Practice Leaders, Gifted & Talented coordinators, and teachers seeking practical tools to build or strengthen a high-quality, inclusive program.
