Calm, Consistent Classrooms(Secondary Years 7–10)
When disruption steals learning time, everyone pays — students, teachers, and leaders. The Calm, Consistent Classrooms Playbook is a practical behaviour and routines system for Years 7–10 teachers, Year Level Coordinators, and wellbeing leaders who need immediate, repeatable moves: clear routines, shared scripts, and follow-through tools that reduce low-level disruption and help staff respond to complex needs with high expectations + emotional safety. This isn’t theory or a one-off strategy — it’s a team-ready playbook that builds consistency across classrooms so learning time is protected and staff confidence rises.
What you will leave with:
- Plug-and-play templates, checklists, scripts, and implementation guides
- Case studies + examples from real secondary settings
- Optional team rollout structure (so it sticks beyond one enthusiastic teacher)
