Real Differentiation in English – Ensuring all students learn. How to cater for every intelligence. How to compensate for low literacy and hearing disabilities. How to engage all senses. How to differentiate assessment. How to be inclusive and set up positive intrapersonal interactions.
Ron Thomas is the champion of diversity and applies this to his seminars. He trains teachers across the country in a wide range of activities: Public Speaking, Writing, Drama, Debating and dealing with reluctant and gifted students. He has been Compensatory Education Master, Gifted and Talented Students Coordinator, Curriculum Innovations Manager, Flexible Learning Coach and still teaches Primary and Secondary students across all divisions.
He is a Gold Level Toastmaster, author of a Drama text book, published poet and runs workshops for both VATE and Drama Victoria. Ron also runs many enhancement programs for GATEWAYS.
