Solution Building with Teams

Unlock the future of educational leadership with our “Solution-Building Conversations” (SBC)

“The fundamental element of any organisation is NOT a person. It’s a relationship, and conversations and interactions build, grow and sustain relationships.” – Jason Pascoe

In this transformative workshop, you’ll learn to shift from problem-focused thinking to a future-oriented mindset. Through the “4-Knowings” framework, you’ll enhance your ability to foster positive change:

– KNOW-WHERE: Understand the orientation and geography of conversations for meaningful engagement.

– KNOW-WHAT: Listen for what’s working and desired, fostering competence and autonomy.

– KNOW-HOW: Utilize existing resources and relationships to expand possibilities.

– KNOW-WHEN: Recognize progress and implement small, safe-to-fail experiments.

Gain practical skills to navigate the complex relational environment of education, driving positive change and achieving your school’s goals.
