Dr Annelise Balsamo is the English Curriculum Manager at the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority and led the recent reviews of VCE English and EAL, VCE Literature and VCE English Language. She is an experienced secondary English and History teacher, a former English academic and a writer of fiction and nonfiction.
