Miranda is an engaging Speaker and Transformational Coach, with over 15 years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry. Her vast array of work experience, including the Head of Wellbeing, a Year Level Coordinator, Psychology Teacher, Counsellor, Organisational Development Consultant and Personal Trainer, has enabled her to be an insightful and powerful communicator of key insights and strategies that help improve wellbeing outcomes and initiate change across entire schools.
Miranda specialises in building both teacher and student states of wellbeing, specifically through educating and empowering them in areas such as; resilience, stress management, mental health, self-worth, emotional intelligence and behaviour modification. She has completed Tertiary Studies in Education, Psychology, Counselling, Life Coaching and Human Resources. Miranda uses a combination of research and her own expertise to deliver essential insights and strategies for change.
