Nelson is the founder of Coached by Nelson, a leadership consultancy dedicated to developing confident, capable leaders. With over 20 years of experience in education, including his current role as Deputy Principal at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School, he understands the nuances of leading people-centered organisations.
