Event Information: 6 PD Hours
Rubrics are a key component of effective formative assessment, they clearly identify the outcomes they are working towards and make the success criteria clear. They provide teachers with the means of rigorously assessing student learning against the Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards.
Participants will be guided through the process of identifying at, above and below standard based on the Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards and will work together to create a variety of Rubrics which will guide their assessment of student work.
Please bring along a laptop and a USB if possible. At the end of the workshop all the Rubrics created by participants will be copied and made available to all participants.
