Booking Conditions
- Cancellations made more than one week before the program date (the cut‑off date) will incur a 15% service fee per applicant.
- Cancellations made on or after the cut‑off date, or failure to attend, will require full payment of the program fee.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to admin@criticalagenda.com.au.
- If insufficient registrations are received, the program will not proceed and all registration fees paid will be fully refunded.
- If the program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded; however, Critical Agendas Professional Development Pty Ltd is not liable for any additional associated costs.
- Critical Agendas Professional Development Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary advertised programs prior to commencement.
- Critical Agendas Professional Development Pty Ltd may transfer a face‑to‑face program to a webinar format (with price adjustments as required) if minimum numbers for a face‑to‑face event are not met.
