Think Set Go Mindset Program for Schools

With a Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor in Health and Physical Education, Lauren was the previous Head of Sport and HPE teacher at Star of the Sea College in Melbourne. For over 13 years she has been teaching in schools across Melbourne and has also had experience in Indigenous communities in outback Western Australia. Through her time as an educator, Lauren has developed a strong respect and admiration for culture, community, goal pursuit and resilience. As the 2019 Vice Captain for Carlton’s VFL team, she further developed a strong desire to teach others the impact that mental empowerment and mindset skills can have on goal achievement. Lauren has developed the THINK SET GO program to inspire teachers and students to develop an adaptive mindset, the confidence to utilise their unique abilities and the resilience and determination needed to confidently pursue their goals. She has delivered THINK SET GO presentations at the Queensland and Victorian ACHPER conferences and will be presenting at the Peak Phys Ed Discovery conference and the National Education Summit later in 2024.
