Dr Loretta Giorcelli

Dr Loretta Giorcelli OAM, Ph.D. has spent the last 50 years working with teachers, school leaders and school systems to deepen their capacity to include learners with diverse needs into educational settings.  A highly sought-after speaker at local and international conferences she has worked in the United Kingdom, in 12 Southern African countries, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Bali, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malta, Cyprus, China, Russia, USA and Canada for local systems as well as for the UN, the European Union and AUSaid.  Dr Giorcelli works with 6 schools each year to support their improvement process, engaging with leadership, teachers, learners and parents,  She is the education representative on federal task forces, the author of  the ebook “Quality Schools, Inclusive Practices: Making Inclusion work for all Learners”, the international mentor/patron of several international charities and the fascinated grandmother of 7 challenging learners.
