She is a celebrated presenter and author who works extensively with leaders, teachers and organisations in the areas of curriculum design, leadership, career transition, and, contemporary instruction and assessment practices. Pam has lectured at Deakin University and conducted programs for Deakin University, DEET and the CEO. She is recognised for her capacity to provide tools and skills to people and organisations experiencing change and seeking improvement.
